At Fidelity Metalworks, we stand behind the quality of our gates. Each product is crafted with care, precision, and built to last. That said, if something isn’t right — we’ll make it right.


📦 Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only for items that are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged in transit
  • Or incorrect due to our error

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition


🛠 What’s Not Returnable:

Because our gates are built to order, we do not accept returns for:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect measurements submitted by the customer
  • Custom medallions or personalized modifications


🚚 Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product was defective or damaged upon arrival. We will provide return instructions once your return is approved.
