1. 📦 Orders & Product Availability

All gates are built to order. Orders are processed once payment is received. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including if product specs are incorrect, materials are unavailable, or fraud is suspected.


2. 🧾 Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in USD and subject to change without notice. Payment is due in full at the time of order unless financing has been approved. Taxes, fees, and shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

We accept multiple forms of payment through Stripe, including:

  • Credit/debit cards
  • Call us for financing options


3. 🔁 Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges only for:

  • Defective products
  • Damaged items during shipping
  • Orders fulfilled incorrectly by us

4. 🛠 Custom Orders

Any gates with custom medallions or modifications are final sale.
No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted unless the item is defective or damaged during delivery.


5. 🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated based on distance from our facility in White Oak, TX. Buyers are responsible for ensuring accurate delivery information. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or weather.


6. 📸 Product Images & Variations

Photos on our site represent real builds, but due to variations in lighting, screen settings, and material supply, actual product appearance may vary slightly. All measurements and materials are as described in product details.


7. 🔒 Privacy & Data

We respect your privacy and never sell or share personal information. All payment information is processed securely via Stripe.


8. ⚖️ Limitation of Liability

Fidelity Metalworks is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or installation of our products.
You assume all risk associated with DIY installation or third-party contractors.
